That’s why I’m on a mission to change the way mental health is viewed and administered to men. And I’m starting in the place men already trust: the barbershop.

The first conversation is money stress, because money is the number one cause of stress, whether they have a little or a lot.

Men may not open up about depression, anxiety, or fear, but they will talk about the pressure to succeed. The pressure to earn, provide, and not fall behind. The person they will share that with is their barber.
